In the middle of the agricultural plain, the wine cooperative of Saint Victor la Coste and Saint Paul les Fonts, grouping 170 members, produces the largest amount of the village's wines.
The total volume produced is 49000 hectolitres, including three categories of wine. The best known are the Côtes du Rhône
and Côtes du Rhône Village Laudun (30000hl), followed by the Vin du Pays d'Oc et du Gard (11000hl), and the table wine (8000hl). The cooperative has received many prizes for its red, rosé and white wines. |
